DR-Valet Attendant/Transportation Shift Manager

Job description

The Valet Attendant (Primary position) who is responsible for parking and retrieving guests’ passenger vehicles is called upon to fill the position of Transportation Shift Manager (Secondary position). The Transportation Shift Manager is responsible for the overall operation of the Transportation Department. All duties are to be performed within the guidelines of the Seneca Gaming Corporation’s policies and procedures, Internal Control Standards and objectives. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Retrieve vehicles from guests and complete retrieval slips. 2. Park vehicles in appropriate area and give car keys and retrieval slip to Valet Dispatcher. 3. Handle guest vehicle safely and cautiously at all times. 4. Maintain a current understanding of all policy and guidelines regarding information security including the Seneca Gaming Corporation Acceptable Use Policy. Understand and comply with all information security policies and procedures at all times. 5. Provide exceptional customer service to all patrons and communicates in a pleasant, friendly and professional manner at all times.
