Job Overview: Weatherford have a great opportunity for a Dispatch Coordinator to join the team in Aberdeen on a Fixed Term Contract basis for 12 months. The Dispatch Coordinator will support operations with a focus on processing/administration of assets and purchasing for the region. Responsibilities: Service Rental Return Notes. Service Rental Stock Transfers between UK branch plants. Return to Vendor delivery tickets for third-party rental items. Gatehouse paperwork processing, including scanning and indexing. Supporting with any other general administrative duties as required. Scanning and indexing through the Returns paperwork process. Providing cover for the Third-Party Rental Coordinator during holidays, including: Receipting third-party rental tools Required: Minimum 2-3+ years dispatch/mobilisation experience would be preferred. Good experience in MS Office – Excel, Word, Outlook, SharePoint. Knowledge of Weatherford's service equipment and business would be beneficial.
