General Information: Oversee the production operations of up to 15 Surface Mount Technology (SMT) automated placement lines and approximately 30 team members on the assigned shift (A, B, C, or D shift). Coordinates and directs the activities of their shift’s SMT production team engaged in the manufacture of various product assemblies. The role requires the ability to drive overall success of their teams for OEE, output, quality, attendance, labor cost, fluctuation, and other key metrics.
