Surveillance Officer Agent - Full Time (Flamingo LV)

Job description

The Agent protects the assets of the Casino through the use of gaming and security cameras. - Has knowledge of all slot/games procedures and Title 31 of Nevada State Gaming Commission. - Ensures all surveillance equipment is operating at start of shift, during shift and completion of shift. - Maintains all logs and ensures accuracy of log entries. - Maintains confidentiality of all Hotel/Casino information. - Reports all incidents observed on shift to the Director of Surveillance, Surveillance Manager or on-shift Surveillance Supervisor. - Communicates incidents to pit personnel by phone. - Requires one year of games surveillance experience. - Neat, professional appearance with good personal hygiene. - Friendly, outgoing personality. - Must be 21 years of age. - Ability to interface effectively with public and co-workers. - High school diploma or equivalent. - Knowledge of all Casino/Hotel operations.
