POSITION TITLE: The Senior Contested Specialist, assists litigation and management teams in handling real estate‑related contested and escalated legal matters. This role focuses on managing documentation, tracking case activity, coordinating with internal and external parties, and ensuring compliance with state, federal, investor, and company requirements throughout the litigation lifecycle.
