NSIDE PEEK: Our Floating Lead is responsible for assisting the Regional Manager implement and maintain current goals and incentives, working one on one with the Store Managers to implement efficient workflow and maintain a variety of store operational duties. This position will serve as a role model for all baristas by working efficiently in a productive manner with positivity and excitement to maintain a fun work environment.
