Job description

Position Summary The Maintenance Manufacturing Parts Coordinator is responsible for managing the inventory, procurement, and distribution of parts and supplies required for maintenance, repairs, and production. This role ensures timely availability of parts, maintains accurate records, and supports operational efficiency by collaborating with internal teams and external vendors. Key Responsibilities: Inventory Management: - Monitor and maintain optimal inventory levels of parts and supplies. - Conduct regular stock checks and reconcile discrepancies. - Organize and label parts storage areas for efficient retrieval. Procurement & Ordering: - Source and order parts from approved suppliers. - Track orders and expedite deliveries as needed. - Negotiate pricing and terms with vendors to ensure cost-effectiveness. Documentation & Record Keeping: - Maintain accurate records of parts usage, orders, and inventory transactions. - Capable of creating Purchase Orders and Receiving Parts - Prepare reports on inventory status, usage trends, and cost analysis.
