Associate - Construction Services

Job description

The Associate will support the planning, scheduling, monitoring, and reporting of capital infrastructure projects. This role is ideal for a recent graduate with a background in business, engineering, or information technology, who has foundational experience in project scheduling, project controls, and capital project management through internships, co-ops, or early professional roles. The Associate will work closely with project managers, engineers, schedulers, and financial teams to help ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget. This position does not provide employment pursuant to the terms of a STEM OPT Training Plan. Core Responsibilities: - Assist in the development, maintenance, and updating of project schedules for capital projects using approved scheduling tools. - Support project controls activities including cost tracking, progress measurement, forecasting, and performance reporting. - Monitor schedule milestones, identify variances, and assist with root cause analysis and corrective action recommendations - Compile and analyze project data to support management dashboards, status reports, and executive briefings. - Coordinate with engineering...
