Description: - Assists the Center Director in meeting the goals and objectives of the center - Prepares all statistical data necessary in compiling monthly reports and other reports concerning disciplinary activities needed by the Center Director - Emphasize student accountability through training and proper coordination to ensure that students are properly addressed for unexcused class absentees by their counselor, resident advisor, and assigned instructor(s) on a daily basis by providing special focus groups for those students who have developed patterns of missing class, an effective system for student accountability in the dormitories, etc. - Ensures that proper recording/documentation; closure of all disciplinary systems occur, and that proper Job Corps policies and guidelines are followed - Ensures that staff receives written feedback on incidents of students’ behavior (i.e., residential advisors, teachers, etc.) disciplinary reports, serious incident reports, and restriction lists on a weekly basis - Ensures the proper functioning of the Student Behavior Management Council (Peer Review) to include training of board members, assists in the supervision of elections, function o...
