Integrated Healthcare Manager Work alongside NHS system leaders to co-develop and implement solutions that improve cardiometabolic outcomes at scale. Your new role: As an Integrated Healthcare Manager (IHM), you will work at the intersection of NHS strategy, population health and patient access. Operating at Integrated Care System (ICS) and Health Board level, you will partner with system leaders to help shape cardiometabolic priorities and enable the co‑development and implementation of sustainable, evidence‑based service improvements. This is a customer‑facing, hybrid field‑based role with a limited and clearly defined promotional component. The primary focus is non‑promotional: responding to NHS‑articulated need, building trusted partnerships, and supporting the delivery of system‑wide change that improves outcomes for people living with cardiovascular, renal and metabolic (CRM) conditions.
