Job Title: Quality Control Specialist II/III - (Multiple Shifts) By following establish procedures, and under moderate supervision, role is responsible for inspect raw materials, good in process and finished goods assuring technical specifications are met. Identifies defects by conducting simple tests and analyses - · Under minimal supervision, performs visual and measurement inspection tests including calculating distances, angles, radius tapers, thread and gear data using complex measuring equipment (i.e. Zeiss or Mitutoyo Coordinate Measuring Machines, Smartscope or RAM) - · Utilizes precision measuring equipment (i.e. micrometers, calipers, comparators, master gauge blocks, indicators, surface gauges, surface plates, sine bars, etc.) to accept or reject parts so that product sent to customers meets expectations and quality standards - · Approves finished products by confirming specifications, conducting visual and measurement tests, returning products for re-work, confirming re-work, commu...
