GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES: - Actively participate in daily tier structure meetings. - Support and lead daily line support and continuous improvement initiatives. - Be a specialist for the area they support and make decisions to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency of the manufacturing processes. - Evaluates current processes, materials, and equipment to ensure compatibility with operating philosophy. - Skilled at creating and maintaining all process documentation. - Interacts with related departments and support functions to ensure product is produced, handled, and delivered in the most efficient and cost-effective manner. - Experienced at using quality tools and statistical pro...
