About the Role: As the Director, Site Performance & Solutions (Cardiology), you will report to the VP, Growth and own the performance of Iterative Health’s central clinical services that are delivered to our cardiology research sites as performance-enabling solutions, including pre-screening, regulatory support, and eSource. Your two core mandates are: owning the operating model for the central research support services we deliver to sites, and ensuring the network consistently hits and improves its activation and randomization targets.
