​ Partial Sleep Overnights | Direct Support Professional (DSP) Harry Meyering Center is a non-profit focused on supporting developmentally disabled individuals in the community with a person-centered way of thinking. Job Purpose: Make a meaningful difference while the world sleeps. As a Direct Support Professional – Partial Sleep Overnights at Harry Meyering Center, you’ll provide reassuring overnight support to individuals with disabilities, helping ensure they feel safe, comfortable, and cared for. You’ll assist with evening and nighttime routines, monitor wellness through the night, and step in when support is needed. This role includes designated sleep time for staff , with the opportunity to respond to emergencies or medical needs as they arise. You’ll work in individuals’ homes and within the community, building trusted relationships through respect, dignity, and person‑centered care. Schedule: Full-time, 30 to 40 hours per week including every other weekend, 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
