Job Responsibilities: - Present at customer seminars to develop new and existing customer relationships and opportunities - Demonstrate expertise in Commercial HVAC - Promote Carrier value proposition linking customer objectives to Carrier solutions - Manage complex multi service solutions proposals - Utilize CRM to manage customer interactions, activities and opportunity pipeline - Demonstrate well developed sales skills to include expert awareness, commercial acumen and integrity - Seek out and access new Modernization opportunities both with existing customers and new prospect customers - Establish and build credibility - Develop and sustain customer relationships - Create compelling presentations and communicate effectively - Detect the Customer’s buying...
