Advanced ability to utilize precision measuring instruments, including micrometers, digital calipers, grip gauges, feeler gauges, depth gauges, protractors, and combination squares to ensure dimensional accuracy and quality standards. Install and remove permanent aircraft fasteners such as solid rivets, blind rivets, Hi-Loks, Cherry Loks, Cherry Max, and Jo-bolts in accordance with engineering specifications and technical data. Execute precision drilling operations, including tight-tolerance drilling using counterbores and reamers. Exhibit expert precision in layout and fabrication, establishing hole patterns, trim lines, and reference marks per blueprints, templates, and engineering requirements. Read, interpret, and apply information from maintenance manuals, blueprints, engineering drawings, technical orders, and schematic diagrams. Accurately document and sign off all maintenance activities in accordance with company, customer, and regulatory requirements.
