Bilingual Regulatory Compliance Analyst

What You'll Do: In-depth understanding of regulatory compliance regulations, TD operational procedures and practical application of the regulations. Ability to execute compliance procedures and screenings. Ownership of regulatory compliance "managed services" for specific accounts. Process and performance analysis, reporting and trending. Internal "Business Analyst" for internal departmental projects, coordinated global departmental projects. Process regulatory compliance screening on complex export transactions including compliance decisions relative to gov't end users and escalations. Determine and maintain screening, classification and customer/carrier approval lists. Partner with Sales, Product Management, Operations, and IT groups to develop processes supporting Import, Export, Hazmat and Cash Compliance. Drive operational performance projects to completion. What We're Looking For: Hiring a bilingual analyst - fluent in English and Spanish Bachelors degree (International Business or any related field preferred), minimum 4-5 years experience in importing and exporting technology products.
