ABOUT THE ROLE: Location: West Hollywood store Status: Full Time: Compensation: $75,000.00-$80,000.00/yr: Primary Responsibilities: Inspire an exceptional guest experience both directly and indirectly through staff leadership. Lead by example, setting service expectations by personally completing Front of House (FOH) tasks as needed. Oversee daily café operations under the guidance of Cafe Leadership Team and HQ business partners. Efficiently delegate tasks and responsibilities across Front of House (FOH) and Back of House (BOH) teams. Audit and manage storage to ensure compliance with Food & Safety regulations and maintain proper inventory levels. Continuously monitor and uphold cleanliness and hygiene standards in the café, food prep, and storage areas to comply with local and federal health regulations. Train and develop staff to meet Kith’s operational and service standards. Accurately forecast business trends to ensure proper preparedness for service. Collaborate with the Restaurant team to plan for recruiting and hiring staff as needed.
