Provider functions independently, including coordination and facilitation of administrative and clinical activities in collaboration with a supervising physician to provide the following essential functions listed below. Essential Functions: Abides by AHN Mission and Culture Commitments. Provides high quality patient care, including but not limited to: Collects appropriate medical history, performs physical examinations, formulates a comprehensive assessment, and develops a treatment plan. Performs medical and/or surgical procedures as qualified to perform, approved by the AHN Medical Staff Office and in accordance with medical staff bylaws.
