Job Type Full-time Description: Job Title: Maintenance Technician: We are seeking 2 skilled Maintenance Technicians to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in maintenance and repair work, as well as a valid driver's license and reliable transportation. This position is eligible for a sign-on bonus of $600, disbursed according to the following schedule: an initial installment after 30 days of employment, a second installment after 3 months, and the remaining balance after 6 months.
