Business Operations Analyst Omaha, Nebraska: We're hiring a Business Operations Analyst to keep the business running cleanly. This is not a coordinator role. It's not a support role. It's the role that makes sure deals actually close, customers actually get invoiced, vendors actually get paid, and leadership actually has the data they need to make decisions. If something falls through the cracks at Workshop, it's probably in this person's domain, and that's exactly why we need someone who finds that energizing, not exhausting. This role exists to make sure Workshop operates with the rigor and reliability of a company twice our size, without the bureaucracy. As a Business Operations Analyst, you will: - Own the billing operations lifecycle end to end, from contract execution to invoice generation to payment collection. - Own the administrative side of closing deals — managing vendor registrations, business insurance forms, supplier onboarding paperwork, and other requirements to get new clients up and running. - Run our R&D tax credit process annually, working with our external accountant to compile qualifying expenses, employee time allocations, and supporting documentation. - Own...
