Trade Management Senior Specialist

Job description

This role offers the opportunity to own global post ‑ trade processes within the Trade Management team under Fund & Investment Operations (EIS), directly influencing risk mitigation, control design, and operational resiliency across a complex fund ecosystem. You’ll partner closely with Product and Technology leaders to shape solutions that support real ‑ world processing while driving global standardization, audit readiness, and end ‑ to ‑ end alignment at scale. Responsibilities: Qualifications: - Global Risk Ownership: Serve as the global risk owner for assigned Trade Management processes, overseeing risk identification, mitigation, and remediation across regions and products while partnering with Risk, Compliance, and Audit teams. - Operational–Technology Liaison: Act as a bridge between Trade Management and Product/Technology teams, ensuring operational requirements, controls, and real‑world processing needs are reflected in solution design and delivery. - Global Process Alignment: Drive global process standardization and alignment, clearly defining global versus regional variations, promoting cross‑training, and strengthening operational resiliency. - Cross‑Ecosystem Collabora...
