WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH: In this role, you will not only partner closely with leaders within the Jordan Footwear Integration team, but also cross-functionally across Energy Product, Design, Merchandising, Entertainment/Sports Marketing, Development, Planning, and Insights at both the Global and Geo levels. You will also work in partnership across the Sport Offense to align on process while ensuring we’re delivering on the specific needs of our Jordan consumer. WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR: As our Energy Footwear Integration Lead you will be a key player in helping Jordan Product and Development teams be agile, quick, and nimble! You'll collaborate with business partners to discover and improve processes and tools throughout the Jordan Footwear organization. Furthermore, you will help define, implement, and document new and existing processes and tools. You will partner with leaders across Jordan Footwear to deliver and execute key business objectives. You will provide functional leads with relevant information by staying in close contact across Nike and Jordan Business Integration orgs, ensuring all updates to calendar and code are translated and socialized to the team.
