PepsiCos Media COE is looking for an Associate Manager, Market Engagement and Community Development, to help define and embed what great media looks like across our anchor markets, while fostering a connected, collaborative global marketing community. In this role, you will support the market engagement lead in shaping and operationalizing media excellence, working with capability leads to codify best-in-class standards across planning, activation, and measurement. You will partner closely with markets to assess their current maturity, understand their readiness to accelerate, and co-develop tailored action plans that unlock growth through media. Sitting at the intersection of strategy, capability building, and market engagement, you will play a key role in ensuring our global frameworks translate into real-world impact.
