Position Summary: The IT Support Specialist (Field/Regional) is responsible for supporting a group of dealerships within a defined geographic region. This role ensures dealership technology systems are operational, compliant, and aligned with Corporate IT standards. The RIC serves as a key liaison between dealership teams and Corporate IT, supporting both day-to-day operations and technology projects.
