Description The Resident Assessment Nurse is responsible for conducting the Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI) process to ensure individual resident medical, psychosocial, emotional and physical needs are identified, and care plans are developed to assist residents in achieving their highest practicable level of function. The RAN is part of the facility team. The Administrator expects the RAN to be a visible, engaged member of the building, attending standing meetings, contributing to IDT discussions, and meeting building expectations on conduct and professionalism.
