YOUR OPPORTUNITY: The Marketing Manager West Balkans will be responsible for leading Marketing activities in the assigned markets, driving value creation and financial impact for the company. Key responsibilities include: Developing marketing plans and ensuring their effective execution across West Balkans markets. Combining strategic thinking with strong operational management of multiple projects simultaneously. Working collaboratively within a matrix organization, particularly with Marketing and Commercial leadership teams. Leading the development of the company’s portfolio in West Balkans. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: With the consumer at the center, responsibilities include: Partnering with the Country Manager, distributor marketing and commercial teams, as well as Cluster and Regional Marketing teams, to build best-in-class marketing and commercial capabilities. Delivering marketing plans based on local market insights and aligned with regional brand strategies. Ensuring excellent execution of ATL campaigns and strong BTL implementation in collaboration with distributors.
