Location: Hibbing, MN Cleveland-Cliffs has an immediate opening for Shift Manager Electrical Maintenance at Hibbing Taconite in Hibbing, MN. As a Shift Manager Electrical Maintenance, you will direct and coordinate the electrical/instrumentation maintenance programs associated with the plant equipment, facilities and power distribution systems. This will include direct supervision and leadership of the E&I maintenance work force toward the implementation and compliance to preventative, planned, and/or break in work schedules. They will ensure the reliability of the electrical equipment through preventative maintenance and directing maintenance personnel as needed in response to breakdowns. Summary of Responsibilities: - Schedules routine activities. Supervises completion of work assignments and follows established department plans - Maintains general discipline of the crew in meeting the daily production, safety and quality objectives.
