Requirements: - Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent experience) in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Data Analytics, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree a plus. - 10+ years in CPG demand forecasting, category management, demand planning, or commercial strategy supporting a national sales organization. - 10 years of relevant experience in CPG commercial analytics, category management, demand planning, or commercial strategy. - Hands-on experience with syndicated data (SPINS, Nielsen, IRI) strongly preferred. - Demonstrated track record translating complex analytics into concise, decision-ready recommendations for executive and commercial audiences. - Experience building and op...
