Service Center CSCS TX: Position Summary The Field Technology Engineer II is a highly capable individual contributor within the Field & Center Technology team, responsible for owning the deployment, optimization, and reliability of technology across Caliber Collision’s 1,800+ center locations. This role goes beyond execution to include end-to-end ownership of key technology domains—driving design input, standardization, and continuous improvement across endpoint platforms, unified communications, digital signage, and enterprise integrations. The Engineer II partners closely with senior engineers, vendors, and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, resilient solutions that directly impact center performance and uptime.
