Hourly Pay Range: $42.54 - $65.94 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors. Position Highlights: - Position: Manager, Quality and Care Transformation - Location: Evanston, IL - Full Time: 40 hours - Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:30a-5:00p - Required Travel: float to other locations as needed A Brief Overview: The Program Manager, Quality & Care Transformation is responsible for leading clinical quality innovation and performance improvement strategy and care transformation initiatives. This role supports the team to develop and implement organization-wide performance improvement, and clinical innovation projects. Collaborates on development of metrics, data, tools and processes to develop, implement actions and monitor performance. Coordinates with clinical areas to assure ongoing accreditation compliance. Develops strong collaborative relationships with operational leaders, physicians across the organization and within the Clinically Integrated Network (CIN).
