Account Lead Toronto, ON | Hybrid Our client is a boutique Toronto-based advertising agency specializing in communications for unions and labour organizations. With a senior-led, intentionally lean structure, the agency partners closely with clients to deliver integrated campaigns across video, social, print, OOH, and digital channels. The Opportunity: We are seeking an experienced Account Lead to serve as the primary account lead within a small, entrepreneurial agency environment. This is a high-visibility role working directly alongside the President and senior leadership. The successful candidate will take full ownership of day-to-day client management and the end-to-end coordination of integrated campaigns. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a lean structure, operates independently, and brings strong project management discipline to complex, multi-channel work.
