Introduction As part of our transition to a unified North America operating model within a globally aligned team, we are seeking a senior leader to serve as the Head of North America, Global Investment Operations (GI ‑ Ops). This highly visible role will provide strategic and operational leadership across the United States and Canada, ensuring excellence in delivery, alignment with global standards, and a strong connection to enterprise strategy. Reporting directly to the Global Head of Investment Operations, you will lead a team of approximately 30 colleagues and play a critical part in shaping how we deliver operational outcomes across the region.
