Essential Functions: - Under the direct supervision of the Physician Support Manager - Demonstrates competency in the performance of job-related skills appropriate to his/her customer populations and departmental services. - Schedules/re-schedules patient appointments at the appropriate facility and fulfills customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction. - Maintains designated account folder following departmental expectations. - Communicates regularly with assigned referring offices and appropriate sales representatives. - Ensures patients have been cleared for specific diagnostic tests. - Collect and enter patient demographic and insurance information as needed. - Has knowledge of commonly used concepts, pra...
