Overview The Transformation Analyst is part of the Transformation Management Office (TMO) and supports a variety of projects focused on improving client and employee workflows. This includes activities related to business and personal client onboarding, loan processes, and issue resolution. The position plays a role in executing project-related activities that aim to improve service experiences and operational efficiency. Work is performed under supervision and follows established procedures.• Analyzes current processes for selected journeys: gather documentation, document workflows, policies and procedures.
