What You'll Do: - provide exceptional nutrition care to patients across inpatient units; - be well versed in the Nutrition Care Process, Nutrition Focused Physical Exam and Malnutrition Identification; - work every fourth weekend and rotating holidays providing hospital-wide coverage; and - educate healthcare team members, including physicians and nurses.
