Sr. Global Demand Planner

Job description

Senior Global Demand Planner (New Milani Group, LLC; Vernon, California): - Support company service levels of 95% Unit Fill Rate (UFR). - Support new product launches with accurate pipeline and replenishment forecasts. - Partner with Sales and Marketing teams to develop pre-launch forecasts as part of Milani Stage Gate process. - Support company inventory turns objectives through accurate maintenance of demand forecasts. - Lead monthly S&OP Consensus forecasting processes, integrating independent demand planning projections with those external forecasts of key accounts and internal Sales and Finance views, as well as retailer inventory and retailer in-stock trends. - Drive the S&OP monthly cycle with cross-functional team that provides data, analysis and enables business decisions relative to improving UFR and inventory efficiency. Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Project Management, Product Development, and Packaging Development as required to drive assigned demand planning and analysis activities. - Develop and refine statistical forecasting models, incorporating historical sales data, market trends, promotional calendars, and new product launches using our Netstock Suite Softwa...
