CSQ227R171: The Lead Engagement Manager delivers measurable impact for our Healthcare & Life Sciences customers as well as at the Business Unit (BU) or Regional team level in the Professional Services organization. You will own and independently scope multi-quarter, highly complex initiatives to solve problems with no clear precedent, operating with high autonomy in high-stakes environments. The impact you will have: - Regional Impact: Drive excellence at the BU/Region level, contributing to team-level booking targets and consumption goals. - Complex Problem Solving: Navigate complex regional, regulatory, or market-specific complexities across multiple countries. - Mentorship: Coach and support junior Engagement Managers, acting as a go-to resource for peers on complex projects. - Sales Strategy: Shape account strategy to align with client goals and lead the sales of complex Professional Services & Training (PS&T) offerings. - Strategic Relationships: Establish and maintain strategic relationships with senior customer stakeholders across multiple engagements.
