The purpose of the Event Staff position is to serve as support staff for the Ledford Center Supervisor and the initiatives and mission statement of the Student Life Office. This role will operate from 5/11/2026-8/17/2026, then it will be closed. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES (What duties are required for the position to exist?) Complete all scheduled event setups and tear downs at the assigned times. Includes organizing tables and chairs, retrieving and filling ice coolers, vacuuming, and any other special requests if needed. Sweep (daily) and mop (weekly) the basketball gym. Wipe down safety pads. Daily cleaning of weight room, cardio room, and fitness room. Sweep floors. Clean windows and mirrors. Wipe down and sanitize all equipment. Vacuum carpet.
