Description YOUR PURPOSE: The Recovery Supervisor assists the Collection Manager to ensure that all aspects of the Collections Department function smoothly, efficiently, in accordance with established Credit Union Collection policies and procedures, and in compliance with appropriate state and/or Federal rules and regulations. The Collections Supervisor is responsible for leading, managing, developing, and training a team of collectors as well as for directing the team’s efforts to attain maximum performance while complying with Credit Union policies and procedures. Maintains accurate and current records on past-due accounts, prepares periodic reports on collections activities, and attorney/vendor relationships and is responsible for performing collection functions as necessary to assist in handling the department’s workload.
