Your Opportunity The Senior Pursuit Specialist collaborates with local Infrastructure leadership and pursuit teams to drive successful pursuit activities for must-win, strategic pursuits. The role leads all aspects of complex pursuits, including coordination with technical teams to brainstorm positioning strategy and messaging, development of win themes and unique value propositions, aesthetic presentation of unique and applicable qualifications, ensuring quality and compliance, and managing pursuit schedules, deadlines, and processes. The role also includes working with a larger Stantec team of Marketing, Business Development, Public Relations, and Communications professionals to build our brand awareness and identify market opportunities for top line growth.
