Maintenance Associate Arlington, TX Pay: $20/ hour Schedule: Monday - Friday 8a-4:30p (service areas: South Arlington, Grand Prairie and Fort Worth - near Crowley) Qualifications: - Providing repair and upkeep services for the residences of our clients, which may involve troubleshooting plumbing or electrical problems, fixing appliances, etc. - Conducting inspections and addressing damages in different parts of buildings. - Performing painting and surface refinishing tasks. - Applicants must possess their own tools for the tasks. - Assisting with basic vehicle maintenance, such as changing a flat tire or replacing a brake light bulb. - High School diploma or equivalent - Applicants must possess their own tools - Minimum 1 year of related experience - Working knowledge of and ability to...
