Job DetailsJob Location: Caravan Court - Arlington, TX 76011Position Type: Full TimeREPORTS TO: General Manager STATUS: Exempt: ANTICIPATED SHIFT: Minimum of 45 hrs/ Wk UNIFORM: Designated Engineering Uniform. JOB SUMMARY: The Chief Engineer is responsible for the general maintenance and upkeep of the entire property, specialty projects, and preventative maintenance of guest rooms and equipment with a proficiency in electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and plumbing. Physical abilities: Standing for extended periods of time Walking for extended periods of time Crouching (Bend at knees): Stooping (Bend at waist): Twisting (knees, waist, and neck): Balancing: Reaching (overhead extension): Handling and grasping: Dexterity/feeling: Pushing/pulling: Lifting/carrying a maximum of 150 lbs.
