Director, CoC Pharmacy Revenue Cycle What you will be doing: Drive improved revenue cycle for the continuum of care business unit, increasing revenue and decreasing time to revenue by improving the pharmacy contract connectivity process, rates and accuracy for the Continuum of Care members, suppliers, and distributors we serve. This role ensures accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in all operational processes to maximize contract penetration, optimize revenue capture and deliver value to members and supplier partners. Lead a team of motivated professionals enabling their growth and development through the effective use of technology and process improvements. Key Responsibilities: Operational & Strategic Leadership – 50% Develop and refine Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to drive consistency, efficiency, and compliance across the pharmacy connection team. Lead day-to-day operations of pharmacy GPO programs, including contract attachment, eligibility validation, and pricing compliance.
