Are you looking for a position in which you can set direction and help shape our company? If so, then you could be the newest addition to our team as a Customer Entertainment Associate. Be part of the movement - and play your part. About the role: As a Customer Experience Ambassador for DFDS, you will play a key role in creating memorable moments for guests of all ages across our passenger network. Bringing energy, enthusiasm, and a passion for delivering exceptional service, you will help bring the Jack & Pirate Island experience to life through engaging entertainment, interactive activities, and unforgettable customer interactions both onboard and ashore. This role will require you to work any 5 from 7 days per week, the shifts can be 7-12 hours long. Please note - The contract will be June – September. You will be responsible for: Portraying Jack the Pirate and other DFDS mascots, interacting with families and children to create a fun, welcoming, and engaging atmosphere onboard and within port terminals.
