Description SUMMARY OF POSITION: Help Us Keep Our Doors Open and Our Mission Moving - Director of Facilities Springs Rescue Mission considers every position one of ministry and a vital and valued part of our team. This role ensures a safe, efficient, and compliant environment by managing building systems, coordinating maintenance, and optimizing resource allocation. Working closely with leadership, the Director of Facilities develops strategic policies, implements cost-effective solutions, and drives sustainability initiatives to enhance operational performance and long-term facility management.
