This role ensures a safe, efficient, and compliant environment by managing building systems, coordinating maintenance, and optimizing resource allocation. Working closely with leadership, the Director of Facilities develops strategic policies, implements cost-effective solutions, and drives sustainability initiatives to enhance operational performance and long-term facility management.
