What you’ll do: - Own and govern day-to-day general ledger operations and deliver accurate, on-time closes, partnering with FP&A and cross-functional teams - Lead, coach and mentor a high-performing accounting team, owning onboarding, ongoing training, and performance development to support both individual growth and team objectives - Review B alance S heet reconciliations, journal entries, and financial statements with a focus on automation, consistency, and audit readiness - Assist in statutory audits and filings across international entities, ensuring compliance with local regulations and deadlines - Oversee international indirect tax filings; collaborate closely with our tax team on statutory compliance and returns outside the US and Canada - Build strong, trust-based relationships across the business; become the go-to partner for operations, tax, and FP&A - Drive process improvement: simplify...
