Overview ABOUT THE POSITION: Senior Project Manager – VDOT Design Locations : Hybrid | Richmond, Williamsburg, Virginia Beach, Tysons Corner, Virginia VHB is seeking a Senior Project Manager with extensive Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT) design experience to join our growing team in Virginia. This strategic position will play a central role in leading high-profile design projects, pursuing new Design-Build (DB) contracts, and expanding VHB’s transportation presence across Virginia and the Mid-Atlantic, including Richmond, Williamsburg, Virginia Beach, and the DC metro area. With a strong focus on VDOT design projects and the Design-Build delivery model, this role is ideal for a motivated leader ready to take on project delivery, client engagement, business development, and technical oversight responsibilities in a fast-paced, forward-thinking environment.
