Job description

Overview The Bike Mechanic is responsible for the maintenance, tracking, organization, and daily operational readiness of all bike fleet equipment supporting Suncadia Recreation programs. This position supports Inn & Lodge guests, Suncadia & Tumble Creek Club members, their families and guests through safe, high-quality bike rentals, guided rides, and curated cycling experiences. The Bike Mechanic must professionally support daily operations of the Recreation Pavilion bike program, including fleet maintenance, inventory tracking, repair systems, and occasional leadership of guided bike tours. This role works collaboratively with the Recreation Manager and Recreation Leads to support elevated outdoor programming and the continued development of signature cycling experiences. This is a Seasonal position with targeted start and end dates: Hours will fluctuate as business levels rise and fall throughout the season.
