Description Position Summary: Under the direction of the Prevention Manager and outreach coordinator, the House of Force Ambassador will serve as a critical community connector and outreach specialist for HIV prevention within the Kiki and House Ball communities of Hudson County. This position is help ambassador be job ready and focused on building leadership, promoting status-neutral HIV prevention strategies, increasing access to PrEP and nPEP, and facilitating essential health services. The Ambassador will lead grassroots efforts, foster relationships with House leaders, coordinate culturally competent events, and conduct digital and in-person outreach to engage Young Men who have Sex with Men (YMSM) in high-impact prevention interventions. All ambassadors are required to complete 10-12 hours of outreach/referral training.
